Rotaract District 3860 is guided by a structured network of committees composed of committed and capable district officers who ensure the effective implementation of the district’s goals, programs, and priorities. Each committee plays a vital role in providing strategic direction, operational support, and coordination across all Rotaract clubs within the district. This section introduces the various district committees along with the officers who lead them, individuals selected for their dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to service and leadership.

Meet the Pillars Behind the Service

The Executive Committee oversees the overall direction of the district, ensures alignment with Rotary’s goals, and supports all committees in implementing strategic initiatives and policies.

Composed of Deputy DRRs and Assistant DRRs, the Area Management Committee ensures effective coordination between the district and clubs. They provide support, monitor performance, and help strengthen club operations across their assigned areas.

The Membership Committee focuses on strengthening club membership by supporting recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies while promoting inclusivity and leadership development.

The Service Committee guides clubs in planning impactful community, professional, and international service projects aligned with Rotary’s areas of focus and the district’s priorities.
